Unlike traditional multi-barrel airsoft shotguns, the ESG B-10 utilises a single barrel system capable of firing either 5 or 10 BBs per trigger pull. The shot count is selected using the AEG-style selector switch, allowing users to adapt the spread pattern depending on the engagement distance.

The external structure is built around a reinforced polymer bullpup chassis designed to reduce weight while maintaining structural strength. CNC-machined aluminium Picatinny rail sections provide durable mounting surfaces for optics and accessories, while integrated M-LOK slots allow additional modular attachment options.

The removable lower handguard reveals an additional Picatinny rail section, enabling the installation of vertical grips or other accessories if required. A full-length Picatinny flat-top rail provides ample space for optics or other sighting systems.
