Constructed from a blend of polymer and aluminium, the ESG B‑10 offers a robust yet lightweight layout. Weighing around 3.0–3.14 kg with a total length of approximately 560 mm, it’s designed for maximum manoeuvrability in CQB environments.

Externally, the ESG B‑10 includes top and bottom Picatinny rails, as well as accessible M-LOK slots at 3 and 6 o’clock, allowing wide accessory options. Controls remain fully ambidextrous, including sling points, mirroring the high flexibility expected in modern multi-role builds.

One of the ESG B‑10’s standout features is its use of standard AEG mags, with the rifle supplied alongside a 105-round GOM V2 mid-cap magazine. G&G reports that a single gas fill can deliver 6 to 7 full magazines, thanks to the internal green gas reservoir positioned in the buttstock.
