We are the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

2. Orders & Payments

We do not offer a direct online checkout via our website.

Orders and payments are processed via the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer (BACS)
  • Debit/Credit Card payments taken over the phone
  • Secure Pay By Link (sent via email or other communication)

All payments must be made in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pay By Link Transactions

Where Pay By Link is used:

  • Customers will receive a secure payment link
  • Payments are processed via our authorised payment provider
  • Payment must be completed within the specified time frame

Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in either GBP (£) or EUR (€) depending on the customer account setup and agreed trading terms.

The applicable currency will be clearly communicated at the point of quotation or order confirmation.

 

Prices are stated as exclusive of VAT (where applicable). Any applicable taxes, duties, or charges will be clearly outlined prior to payment.

 

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

5. Delivery & Fulfilment

 

Delivery times and methods will be agreed at the point of order.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues
  • Events outside of our control

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

 

Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with UK consumer law.

  • Faulty or damaged items must be reported within [e.g. 48 hours] of receipt
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where applicable
  • Custom or made-to-order items may be non-refundable (if applicable)

7. Cancellations

 

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch unless agreed otherwise.

We reserve the right to apply cancellation fees where costs have already been incurred.

8. Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of business, profits, or data

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services supplied.

9. Privacy

 

We handle customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Payment details are processed securely via our authorised payment providers and are not stored by us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
