The headset can be used with the supplied headband, or even installed to your railed helmet. When installed to the helmet, the articulated mounting arms allow you to lift the earpieces almost 90 degrees away from your ears, or even rotated and store toward the rear of your helmet meaning you will not be forced to wear them throughout your game if you decide against it, not that comfort will be an issue with the silicone gel earmuffs for a real comfortable fit.
