The impact and chemical-resistant polypropylene body closes against a thick EPDM O-ring seal using dual-stage compression latches. Rather than simply holding the lid closed, the latches pull it firmly against the seal to create an IP67-rated waterproof and dustproof enclosure around the equipment inside.

For players travelling further afield, the X-Large is equally well equipped. An integrated Pressure Relief Valve allows pressure inside the sealed case to be equalised following atmospheric pressure changes, particularly useful during overseas flights and changes in altitude. Four reinforced 10 mm padlock eyelets provide substantial locking points, allowing suitable TSA-approved locks to be fitted when additional flight security is required.
